Antioch Church

Bishop Wright graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1968.  Although, he was determined to serve his country as a Naval officer, the Lord had other plans for him.  After graduation,   Ensign Wright  headed to Pensacola, FL for flight training.  There, God blessed him with a wonderful wife,  Alice. After serving honorably in the Navy, God miraculously  intervened in Bishop Wright’s life, leading him and his wife back to Annapolis to start the Antioch church. Together, they have dedicated  their lives to the work of the Lord.    

Pastor David Wright was born and raised in Annapolis.  At an early age, he acknowledged the call of God on his life.  After graduating from Antioch Christian School in 1990, he went to Anne Arundel Community  College and then on to University of MD to get a degree in Business Administration.  He married his high school sweetheart in 1992.   During this time, he became full-time Youth Pastor.  After serving as Youth Pastor for 7 years, he became the Co-pastor of Antioch.  In December 2005, he  became  Pastor.

David and Angela reside in Arnold with their four  children:   Elisabeth, Esther, Timothy, and Nathanael

Sean Whaley

Pastor Trombley retired after 20 years of honorable service to his country from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2003. After retirement Pastor Trombley accepted  a full time staff position at Antioch, The Apostolic Church where he is still serving today. Since that time the Trombley's have  planted a church in Brooklyn Maryland which is a thriving and growing church today.

The Trombley's have just returned from the evangelistic field and answered the call of God to move to the Eastern Shore to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. We have seen God touch many lives and believe that God is still in the business of restoring families, delivering the drug addicted, freeing the alcoholic, and saving souls.

The Trombleys have three children, Danielle, Simone, and Michael and currently reside in Centreville Maryland.
